The Society provides an online store for kit at Rocky Mountain Rugby Referees Kit at Booshie Athletic

Kit Reimbursement Process

The process for kit reimbursement is simple:

  1. Go to the Society kit vendor and make a purchase.
  2. Submit your receipt for the kit to Operations Officer
  3. After verification of referee credits, you will be reimbursed!

Reimbursement Amounts

For New Referees to Rocky Mountain Rugby Referees:

  1. After 1 credit earned, $65.00 reimbursement
  2. After 3 credits earned, $50.00 reimbursement
  3. After 5 credits earned, $50.00 reimbursement

For All Other Active Referees, Coaches, and Performance Reviewers:

  1. After 5 credits earned in a season, $50.00 reimbursement

Credits Defined

1.0 credits = One full 80-minute match in the middle (60-70min match for youth), or one full day spent at a tournament
1.0 credits = Assistant referee for an 80-minute match (60-70min match for youth)
1.0 credits = 1 completed coaching report or performance review.
